If you would like to place an order by phone, or inquire about any of our products. Please call customer service at 888-499-BABY (2229). Monday- Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM eastern standard time. Customer service can be reach 24 hours a day via email at service@babydreamrooms.com. If you are calling about an order you have placed with us please have your order number handy so we can better serve you. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments. Placing an order

Online orders are straight forward.  Place the item that you wish to purchase in your shopping cart by simply clicking the button “Add to cart”. You can do this for any item you wish to purchase. When you are finish adding to your cart click the “Shopping cart icon” and this will prompt you to check out. The web site will then give a set of subsequent instructions for you to follow in order to check out.

Sales Taxes


Florida
State law requires that Florida-based businesses collect sales tax (6.50%) on orders shipped only to addresses within Florida.

 


Delivery Time

Baby Dream Rooms make every attempt to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. If your product is in stock it will ship with in two business days. If your product is a special order and is coming from our artisans the shipping times are listed next to the product. We try to provide you with the best quality products made. Please be patient with us as we try our best to get your product to you as soon as possible. Please be aware that circumstances may arise that are out of out control that may result in a delay in the product being delivered on time
.    

 

 

Freight Shipment

 

Baby Dream Rooms attempts to calculate the shipping of items when they are added to the shopping cart based on a system that is in place primarily for items shipping via UPS and other carriers.  However, most furniture shipments require a quote from a freight shipping company. As a result, most furniture items will incur an additional delivery sucharge. In most cases the customer will be given the option of selecting Standard or Premier delivery. With Standard delivery, the item(s) will be simply dropped off to your home in its packaging. With Premier delivery, also known as "White Glove"service, the item(s) will be brought into your home, placed wherever you would like and assembled for you on site. White Glove delivery is more expensive than Standard delivery due to the extra time and labor involved.
 

Shipments outside contiguous United States

 

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska incur specific shipping rates that are constantly changing. Please contact us to receive an accurate shipping quote before purchasing items.

 

 

Backorder policy

 

Every once in a while we have a product that is in high demand and we are unable to keep it in stock. This item is placed on backorder notice and is noted online. We receive new stock everyday; we do our best to send the item out as soon a possible. You will receive an accepted ship date by email as to when the items will ship. No charges will incurred until the order is ready to ship. All orders will be shipped unless the order has been cancelled. If you choose to cancel an order please email us at customerservice@babydreamrooms.com. You will receive an email that your order has been cancelled provided it has not been shipped.

Gift wrap

 

Gift wrap is available on some of our products. These items will be noted upon checkout. There will be a 5.00 charge for any products that we have in stock and will also include a gift card of your choice of message. Hand painted and custom orders  

 

All custom and hand painted products are made to order; due to the customization of these items they are not returnable.  

 


Swatches
 

We will gladly supply fabric samples for you upon request. In order to process your request, a credit card number is required; however no charge will be incurred if the samples are returned within 4 weeks. Failure to return a sample will incur a $20 charge for each unreturned swatch set. All furniture samples (wood and metal) must be returned to Baby Dream Rooms. You may contact customer care or email us at
swatches@babydreamrooms.comto place a swatch order.

 

 

All policies regarding returns, exchanges, cancellation and damage products

 

If you would like to return or exchange an item please contact us by email at returns@babydreamrooms.com. Please let us know the reason for the return. Please do not return item to our listed address unless authorized. There will be a 25% restocking fee on chandeliers, lamps, sconces and shades. No cancellations are accepted on custom orders. Please submit cancellations with in 48 hours of order submission. Returns must also be submitted with in 3 day of receiving delivery. All furniture is made to order and is not subject to refund or return. Any nonconformity and/or manufacturer defects must be reported via email with photos within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise. All items returned must be in its original packaging. All returns must be given an authorization number, or will not be accepted. To insure that your package get to us safely send it via insured mail to protect it against being loss or damaged. If a product has been used it can not be returned if the product is returned no refund or store credit will be given and product will be returned at your expense. Baby Dream Rooms cannot send replacement merchandise or a store credit until a claim has been submitted. If for any reason the a customer dose not allow the carrier to pick up damaged merchandise this will prevent a claim from being processed and this customer is not eligible for replacement merchandise or store credit. All products are inspected before they are sent by the manufacturer and are sent damage free. It is the customer responsible to inspect the product and notify Baby Dream Rooms.
